Welcome
Bringing joy through communication
As a Speech and Language Therapist I enable positive change in communication, to reach your best possible outcomes.
During the process it is my wish to build communicative confidence and self expression. To be more able to communicate needs, emotions, thoughts, wishes and understand these in others is the essence of communicative effectiveness, at whatever level.
Thus we can fully connect with ourselves and others. This is the joy of communication.
Speech and Language Therapists also train teachers, parents, teaching assistants, partners, families, friends and the wider community to enhance their own understanding of speech, language and communication needs and to be more effective communication partners. I want to inspire others to understand how to do this and encourage the integration of strategies into the environment, own skills sets and communication styles.
There is joy in communication and connection with ourselves and with others.
