SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY FOR CHILDREN

I offer a range of Speech and Language therapies and services for children of school age to young adults. 

Parents, educators, health professionals may be concerned at any point of a child's development regarding speech, language or communication needs and raise these concerns with a Speech and Language Therapist. Some of the more common things they might ask or raise concerns about include:

  • Why is my child late in talking?

  • My child is finding it hard to make and maintain friendships

  • People can't understand what my child is saying to them

  • My child finds it hard to follow complex instructions

  • He does not understand inference or jokes

Children and voice/vocal problems 

I have experience of working with children who have vocal /voice problems such as hoarse voice, vocal fold nodules, weak /strained voice.
